For those changing careers––doing a career pivot––a skills transfer treatment will be applied to the writing of your resume. It highlights how your skills, experience, training, and expertise thus far are relevant to the position you want next, rather than pegging you only according to your present and past history.

For resume clients: a strong personalized, impactfully written cover letter emphasizing your key strengths and relevant accomplishments to establish you as a candidate worth considering.

♦️ Job Interview Prep & Practice - $150 for resume clients; $175 stand-alone
A 90-minute live in-person general coaching and practice session (non-industry specific) that includes strategies and tips for making your best first impression, on a job interview, the opportunity to answer practice questions and receive immediate feedback on your verbal and non-verbal responses, guidance on how to respond to questions most effectively (including those “surprise” questions), and overall strategies for thinking well on your feet.

If you’re not sure what you want to do next in your career and/or are considering a career change, this self-guided career aid includes eight (8) career discovery activities for personal and professional reflection. The guide aids in discovering the relevant patterns and themes of your work motivations, strengths, talents, interests, skills, and values to help you better determine your next career direction. – sent as a PDF.

Social Media Coaching

Live 60-minute in-person coaching session (if local) or video conferencing coaching for establishing your online personal brand for your career and/or job search. $75/hour; billable in 1/4 hour increments beyond the first hour.
